Located in the eastern tip of the island of Montreal, the house is in a small residential and family neighborhood where the neighbors are lovely.

Add to that all the local services such as daycares, elementary and secondary schools, pharmacies, and convenience stores, but also a large children's park on the banks of the St. Lawrence River only a 3-minute walk. Also close to the Pointe-aux-Trembles nature park where the walks are rejuvenating and where you can admire deer, squirrels, and others on each visit!
