Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this quaint and sunny bungalow is freshly painted and offers a beautiful front terrace as well as a 7,000 sq. ft. lot next to a forest. The large paver driveway on the side of the house can accommodate up to 4 cars. The pyrite test was done on April 27, 2007 (SPPI:8).
