Undivided condo with 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 90% renovated, featuring a large terrace, skylights, and parking, located in Petite-Patrie. 1 minute from Beaubien metro station, on the beautiful Saint-Vallier street.
The Condo:
- Includes parking.
- Large intimate west-facing terrace 260 sq ft.
- Living space on 2 floors (3rd and 2nd floors of the building), with 3 closed bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 bathrooms. Very large storage spaces with custom-made barn wood doors. 2 skylights.
