Owners’ comments
Traditional Rosemont duplex well renovated and well maintained, located in a young and vibrant neighborhood. A stone's throw from Parc Molson, Cinéma Beaubien, St-Marc primary school, and all urban services. The rear of the house gives access to the "ruelle au clocher" where tons of kids play. Recent works: roof replacement, water heaters replacement, replacement of the lead pipe by a copper pipe, significant revamping of the lateral sewer.
Ceiling height is 208 cm (6' 10") in the basement, 259 cm (8' 6") everywhere else. The basement, redone in 2007, does not suffer from any damage due to humidity because it is generally dry, the slab of concrete having been installed on rock. Its finished portion can easily be remodeled to fit two additional bedrooms.
