May 2024: A gift for the new buyers: new roof 10,000$, new house front with bricks (5,000$), new ceramic floor for the 6563 tenant, new modern lighting and painted the bathroom on main floor. (6,000$)
Triplex semi-detached with bachelor. A prime sector in Rosemont, quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. From Rosemont CEGEP to the Collège Jean Eudes and Pie IX bus station. 4 tenants, with a possibility of adding a 5th one with an independent entrance. Sitting in front of a high school, a CEGEP and 3 parks and approximately 1,5 km of Promenade Masson. We took good care of it during the years.
Separate heated garage. 3 parking spaces= garage, back of the house and front of the house. You could also park 2 small cars in the backyard.
