Triplex in a very popular district, both trendy and quiet, great location, nice neighborhood life.
Near all services. Nice and quiet street adorned with mature trees. Within walking distance of the Iberville Metro station. Many attractions nearby: Molson Park, Maisonneuve Park, Beaubien Cinema, restaurants, shops, etc..
New roof (2010). Large terrace with a beautiful sunshine for the ground floor. Additional storage space or small workshop in the basement. Air conditioning unit on ground floor included. 3 electric water heater. Washer and dryer intallations in all three apartments.
