Unique property: magnificent cottage on three floors in the heart of Ville-Marie, surrounded by a large courtyard with mature trees.
Built in 1880, this property was completely renovated ten years ago with choice materials (granite countertops, slate, bamboo, etc.) and offers all the modern amenities (Convectair, heat pump, etc.) while having preserved the charm of yesteryear, such as beamed ceilings, a brick chimney and a cathedral roof on the top floor.
The living areas are on the ground floor and open onto the courtyard which becomes a real extension of the house during the summer. The first floor comprises two closed rooms, offering interesting possibilities, as well as a complete bathroom. Finally, the master bedroom, with its complete bathroom, podium bath and large outdoor balcony, occupies the top floor, offering to its occupants a spacious private space.
