The condo has been renovated: roof, front door, front windows, large bathroom with skylight, faucets (lifetime warranty), and modern kitchen with quality cabinets and central island (quartz surface and fallout). Walk-in closet and separate laundry room. Two balconies. Black aluminum front staircase (no rust!) and wooden steps. Storage space in the basement. MOBILITY: 300 m from the Crémazie metro station (orange line), close to highways 40 and 15. On the Express Bike Network (REV), BIXI station.
