Beautiful updated, semi-detached home in a great neighborhood with no rear neighbors located on a quiet circle street with many mature trees. Only steps away from the French primary school Euclide Lanthier and a 5-minute walk to the French high school Nouvelle Ère.
Over $120,000 in renovations within the last 2 years including new custom-built kitchen cabinets with quartz countertop. High end appliances are included with the sale of the house, includes 36-inch refrigerator and induction stove bought in 2022. The bathroom and powder room were completely redone from top to bottom.
