Well maintained and very clean, nice 2 bedroom condo located on the corner of the building facing the backyard with lots of windows, a large balcony and an elevator. At proximity of public transportation, Maison de la culture, sport center and Slush Puppie center. Near theatre/cinema, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers.
All rooms offer plenty of storage and are of good size.
Included: parking, locker on the ground floor, curtains and blinds, fixed lights fixtures, 5 appliances and air conditioning. (All without warranty)
