Beautiful, bright condo overlooking Ernest Gaboury's soccer park. The sunsets are breathtaking and you can see far on the horizon. There is a stunning professionally maintained flower garden and the owners can get a share of the community vegetable garden when one becomes available. 

The condo syndicate is committed and proactive and our financial statements are impeccably managed.

Close to all the shops and Highway 50, there is the STO line 65 which passes a few steps from the building. Within walking distance, there is the Gatineau Hospital, several medical clinics and 3 pharmacies, Jean Coutu, Brunet and Phamaprix. Also, within walking distance there is a Metro and an IGA and the Rona on St-Rene. Several schools serve the neighbourhood and a new daycare opened this spring.

The roof on the south side was replaced in 2017 and the north roof in 2020. All the windows in the building will have been changed by 2025.

The floors are new from 2022. The large windows in the kitchen were replaced in 2023. The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated to suit all tastes. In the master bedroom there is a spacious walk-in closet and the condo has a practical and well-organized storage room.
