Owners’ comments
Gorgeous private waterfront property with house/cottage on Lake Clair, Val-des-Monts, with beach and privacy. Built in 2020 with an insulated concrete form foundation and plenty of windows to enjoy the view of the lake. The house has two bedrooms on the main floor and a large loft upstairs which could easily be converted into additional two bedrooms. Double car garage with loft that could easily be converted into 2 additional bedrooms. Large lot with over 638 feet of waterfront. Can easily sleep 12 people when the friends/family do not want to leave!!!
The property is on a municipally maintained road with weekly garbage and recycling pick up. The house is on a septic system. Water is potable from a specially design filtration system.
