ONLY 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM QUEBEC CITY!
Cute little house in the middle of the woods, surrended by fully grown trees, stone walls and cedar hedges, with no neighbour (on no sides) for a total tranquility! Yard is almost 35 000 square feet and is ENTIRELY FENCED, which is the best if you have animals or pets. There is a kennel in the yard with 2 boxes inside and 2 fenced spaces outside. There is also a garage in which a car can be parked.
Well-maintained house, with wooden beams in the dining room and kitchen, and some renovations have already be done (house has been enlarged twice). Kitchen and upper floor still need to be done. Bathroom on ground floor has been renovated already.
Solarium faces south-east, for a beautiful morning light. House also has a alarm system, a central vaccum (2015) and an UV lamp for water supply.
