Large wooded lot bordered by the Apple River. 5 minutes from Highway 40 (Exit 285 Route Gravel). 5 minutes from downtown Pont-Rouge with all amenities (grocery stores, pharmacies, SAQ, bank, restaurants, schools, daycare centers, arena, and more). The city of Pont-Rouge is rapidly expanding and is only 20 minutes from the bridges. A very family-friendly city.
