Semi-detached with a living area of over 1,700 square feet (fully finished basement, gypsum ceilings) built in 2017 with several high-end features: hardwood floors and staircase, linear gas fireplace (30,000 BTU), 8-foot patio door, etc.

Its 1st floor has an open area in which the living room, dining room, and kitchen extend over a length of 32'. A large 5' x 3' island is also present as a work surface and gathering place on the ground floor. On sunny days, a 14' x 14' west-facing patio is accessible from the living room so you can take full advantage of the sun until the end of the day.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a large bathroom with a bathtub and a ceramic shower. The heat pump head (12,000 BTU) is located in the hallway to air condition, dehumidify or heat the environment.

In the basement, a 3rd bedroom, a 2nd living room and a huge 14'x8' bathroom in which we also find the laundry room.
