>>> On the ground floor with exceptional view of the river, 2 closed bedrooms (1 bedroom with a large closet and the master bedroom with walk-in closet), spacious office separated from the living room, large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and storage for washer and dryer with cabinets, living room with split air conditioning (included) and very good balcony with view of the river, kitchen with lots of knotty cabinets and very large walk-in closet (for coats, shoes , stroller, children's toys etc) at the entrance, very large storage in the basement (locker).
