Condominium unit construction 2013 in a 40 units building with Novoclimat certification. The whole building is entirely equipped with sprinklers. First owner-occupant who took over in June 2017, one of the last units available. Largest condo unit model with 1274 square feet of living space. 2 balconies (living room and bedroom) offer a magnificent view of the river and Orleans Island to the east, as well as the heated in-ground salt pool. Very quiet building, no neighbors in front, at the end of a dead-end street.
