The Cap-Rouge neighborhood is quiet yet dynamic. The house is within walking distance of many parks, libraries, schools, cross-country ski trails, and bike paths. It is also very close to Lac St-Augustin, the Cap-Rouge River, and Jacques-Cartier beach, which is great for gentle family strolls, connecting with nature or active people. 

The child-safe roundabout is certainly one of the highlights. It brings a great deal of serenity to families and allows plenty of safe play, biking, and other activities.

The large, bright rooms, covered porch, a warm, intimate courtyard, and position at the end of the roundabout make this house an absolutely peaceful and pleasant place to live.
