Surrounded by greenery and close to wooded areas, this condominium is sold fully furnished with a Fujitsu wall-mounted air conditioner (installed in June 2022), an LG refrigerator (installed in November 2023), a Bosch dishwasher, a GE electric convection range, and LG front-load washer and dryer (in their own laundry room), Norwegian 'Stressless' sofa and recliner in leather and wood, dining table and chairs from Signature Tanguay, 3-piece bookcase also from Signature Tanguay (with television), Laurier bedroom set. Very well located, close to many services, and about fifteen minutes from downtown Quebec City. This condo featuring beautiful windows and hardwood floors is very clean and in very good condition.
