Fully renovated on the 3rd and last floor, open plan, very bright. Parking. Front balcony and rear terrace. Shared condominium.
Magnificent condo completely renovated with ceilings of 9 feet and brick wall in the living room and dining room.
The residence is located next to all services. Cartier street is just a stone's throw away. Nearby are also the Plains of Abraham, public transit (800, 801, 11, 25, etc.), bike-sharing stations. Located in the flex zone of Communauto.
Recent improvements made:
2020: Both roofs have been redone (flat roof and storage).
2012: New kitchen exterior door.
2011-2012: New electric baseboards and electronic thermostats were installed.
