Fully renovated on the 3rd and last floor, open plan, very bright. Parking. Front balcony and rear terrace. Shared condominium.

Magnificent condo completely renovated with ceilings of 9 feet and brick wall in the living room and dining room.

The residence is located next to all services. Cartier street is just a stone's throw away. Nearby are also the Plains of Abraham, public transit (800, 801, 11, 25, etc.), bike-sharing stations. Located in the flex zone of Communauto.

Recent improvements made:

2020: Both roofs have been redone (flat roof and storage).

2012: New kitchen exterior door.

2011-2012: New electric baseboards and electronic thermostats were installed.

2011: The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated. Plumbing has been redone in Pex. Recessed lighting was added.

In the kitchen, the cabinets are made of cherry wood and the countertops are made of granite. A duct has been added to the outside for the exhaust of the cooker hood.

In the bathroom, everything has been renovated and insulation has been added.

2011: All floors other than the kitchen and bathroom were changed to oak hardwood.
