It is a house with revenue situated in the Montcalm district near Cartier Avenue, close to the Parliament, Grand Theatre de Quebec, National Art Museum and the Plains of Abraham.The first and second floor has 9.8 inches high ceiling, interior bricks wall, hardwood floors, lots of storage, large and separate garage and a well assorted and intimate backyard.Every rooms were recently renovated up to current tastes by an interior designer.The kitchen and the front entrance were reward by the magazine «Je Décore».
Multiple restaurant and facilities nearby, it is a nice living environment and a popular area.
The backyard is by a limited private back alley that is giving access to the backyard and to the garage. A part of it the back alley is include in the sale.
