House on 2 floors, three to four bedrooms, built around 1919. Semi-detached, good soundproofing. Very well maintained in order to maintain all its original charm. Large, intimate, fully landscaped backyard, double parking, lots of storage. In the heart of the Montcalm district, ideal for urban life in Quebec City, located on quiet Moncton Avenue, lined with mature trees.
