The closed bedroom is equipped with a double bed and overlooks the inner courtyard for added tranquility. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The apartment is located on the top floor (3rd), so there are no neighbors above. A small balcony facing east lets you enjoy the calm of the inner courtyard and its oak tree. 3/4 of the inner courtyard is accessible to the 4 owners of the block, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet or a barbecue! In addition to a lock-up for each owner, the basement has a shared storage area.
