The apartment is a bright, well-windowed, open 3 1/2 with a bedroom, kitchen and living room including an office area. The closed bedroom is equipped with a double bed and overlooks the inner courtyard for added tranquility. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The apartment is located on the top floor (3rd), so there are no neighbors above. A small balcony facing east lets you enjoy the calm of the inner courtyard and its oak tree. 3/4 of the inner courtyard is accessible to the 4 owners of the block, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet or a barbecue! In addition to a lock-up for each owner, the basement has a shared storage area. Potential projects to extend the balcony or install a private roof terrace have been pre-authorized by the co-ownership but have not yet been carried out.
Built in the early 20th century, the building underwent major renovations in 1998 and 2008 (structure, facades, electricity, plumbing, divisions, common areas, etc.).
