2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, abundant fenestration, all-day brightness, quality material (2022 finish), open concept with quartz island, 9-foot ceilings, intimate balcony.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed.
3 indoor parking spaces (2-space tandem + wide parking near elevator with electric charging station).
Air exchanger and wall-mounted air conditioner included interior storage space + large locker in garage.
