Interested parties should preferably not be allergic to animals since we have cats and dogs at home.

An investigation into criminal records will be required and this investigation will be at the expense of the lodger concerned.

Otherwise, we don't care about your age, your gender, your sexual preferences and your religious beliefs. The important thing is that you are at least cordial and apply live and let live. The latter is particularly important since there are several roomers.

Smokers are welcome, provided they agree to smoke only outside the house. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or in the shed.

Loud noises will not be tolerated after 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m. on weekends. You can invite your friends and family to visit at any time, but as a courtesy everyone must be notified a few days in advance.
