Fully furnished bi-generational home with 2 separate entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, ideal for a family living with a grandparent. The rent includes unlimited high-speed wifi/internet and is well set up for working from home. The home is on a closed-loop street with many families and is very kid-friendly and safe, located only a 12-minute walk from the town center of North Hatley.

 

Lakeside access: As a resident of our home in North Hatley, you have exclusive free access to the North Hatley beach, complete with lifeguards, tennis courts, and various water activities. 

 

Very inexpensive to heat: The house was recently built and very well insulated. The electricity, including heating, costs approximately $100 on ave per month, probably even less now that we have the heat-pump system (excluding EV vehicle charging, obviously)


Backyard garden with camp-fire setup (that can also be used as wood bbq), clothes line and play-ground play module for children with slide, swings etc.

Electric Vehicle Ready, and plenty of parking: the home is equipped with two level 2 EV chargers (one in the driveway which has parking for 4 vehicles, and one in the garage, which fits one vehicle)

Sorry, we prefer no pets, (especially if you are interested in the fully furnished option)
