The home is on a closed loop street with many families and very kid friendly and safe, located only 12 minutes walk from the town centre of North Hatley.

Lakeside access: As a resident of our home in North Hatley, you have exclusive free access to the North Hatley beach, complete with lifeguards, tennis courts, and various water activities. 

Very inexpensive to heat: The house was recently built and very well insulated. The electricity, including heating, costs approximately $100 on ave per month, probably even less now that we have the heat-pump system (excluding EV vehicle charging, obviously)

Backyard garden with camp-fire setup (that can also be used as wood bbq), clothes line and play-ground play module for children with slide, swings etc.

Electric Vehicle Ready, and plenty of parking: the home is equipped with two level 2 EV chargers (one in the driveway which has parking for 4 vehicles, and one in the garage, fits one vehicle)

We prefer no pets, (especially if you are interested in the fully furnished option) but are not entirely closed to pets with an arrangement to ensure that there will not be damage to the home and all is kept clean.
