New house designed by an architect; the address is 12 minutes from Mont Blanc for skiing, 25 minutes from Tremblant, and 12 minutes from Ste-Agathe. Off the beaten track, a retreat, an oasis, a little paradise, or even a sanctuary of peace (peace, pace, paz) House/loft/chalet for rent from MID-NOVEMBER 2024 TO MID-APRIL 2025 (4 OR 5 MONTHS, to be discussed). Heating is done by the radiant floor with gentle heat balanced from one end to the other of the 888 sq. ft. house. The main room is an open area where the snowy forest becomes the main decor, no more, no less. A fireplace for quiet evenings after skiing or hiking. A large bathroom (bath-shower) with washer and dryer. A bedroom with a king bed with plenty of built-in storage and a superb view of the lake below. Possibility of installing a portable double bed, without worries in the Loft space. The kitchen, living room, and entrance area are 'loft' type 24', mini living room area, entrance threshold with wardrobe, island for snacking, meal preparation area, and slow combustion fireplace, with 7 cu. ft. freezer. Many plants are found happily in this beautiful setting. The house is wired but the wifi can be turned 'ON' at any time if desired. We have a tempo shelter for your use. Our snow removal is the best in the area.  $2,200/month. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility, approximately $75 at $100/winter month. Several walking trails are there, 50 meters away (crown land), and the Eco Park. The cords of wood are provided with the rental. We require tenant insurance and a security deposit (to be discussed). Other photos will be provided upon request. Come visit me this winter to prepare for your winter 2024. At this price, it's cheaper than Airbnb on the weekend! Come and visit this winter for the next one! Please note that the required renter's insurance is indicated and is about $300/6 months.
