Description:

We are looking for a family who would be interested in renting our home on the slopes of the Mont Blanc Ski Mountain, available from May to the end of September. We are looking for a quiet family that is interested in renting for the full season. Dogs are welcome.

Rent includes internet, hydro and cleaning every 2 weeks.

• We are mid mountain with direct access to the slopes. 
• Serene Environment: our home is on a private road, which restricts the access to only the 6 residents of our road (access to the mountain is also restricted to residents only). 
• The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a fireplace and back terrasse. The basement is also equipped with 3 semi-separated rooms (1 single, and 2 bunk beds - Queen / single). 
• The cottage is equipped with an AC / Heat Pump. 
• Outdoor Activities available nearby: for those who do not know the area well: 
  • Multitude of golf courses nearby (Royal Laurentien, le Maître, le Diable, etc.)
  • Mont Blanc now offers downhill mountain biking since last summer, which can be accessed directly from our home. They also opened a small beach (bottom of the Faustin side) with inflatable floating games for kids. 
  • Mont-Tremblant National park within 20 minutes. 
  • Many notable bike ride opportunities in the area (le petit train du nord, le Nordet and Montée Ryan / Duplessis) which can easily be accessed directly from our home.
• Nearby Amenities: The cottage is conveniently located near the many restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities of Saint-Jovite.
