Welcome to the cottage "The Kilkenny"! This 4-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom cottage can accommodate up to 6-7 adults and 3-4 children for a total of roughly 10 people. The latter is ideal for a large family, 2 couples or 2 families who can each have their separate living spaces, either the space on the floors (3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a powder-room and a full kitchen) or the one in the basement (1 bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a complete bathroom and a kitchenette/bar area with sink, small refrigerators, microwave, toaster and coffee machine). The cottage is fully furnished and equipped.

Located in the municipality of St-Hippolyte in the Laurentians, this waterfront cottage offers breathtaking views of Lac de l'Achigan, in addition to a spa, a pool table, a custom-made arcade game and a private beach of approximately 25 feet wide on which young and old can spend their summer days swimming and having fun. It will take you about 50 minutes to get there from the city of Montreal. In winter, you will be about a 25 to 30-minute drive from ski slopes such as Mont Saint-Sauveur and Mont Olympia. Lac de l'Achigan is one of the largest and most prestigious navigable lakes in the Laurentians region while being located near major centers.

The interior of the cottage has been optimized to the maximum in order to be able to offer you 4 good-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room, an office/reading area, a bar/cellar area, as well a colorful play area in the basement including a pool table, a custom-made arcade game with more than 6,000 games, several games/toys for children, as well as a PlayStation 3 console with many games and movies. You will also have the chance to admire the magnificent sunrises and sunsets, while being surrounded by trees and streams, creating an instant feeling of zenitude. A huge balcony including a BBQ, a table that can accommodate up to 12 people, 4 Adirondack chairs and a propane fireplace allow you to receive families and friends in the most beautiful setting of the region with an amazing view on the lake. Then, a large and covered terrace on the ground floor offers you a comfortable couch to admire nature, as well as a private spa for 4 people so you can relax and unwind. Finally, a magnificent fireplace has also been carefully fitted out to allow you to enjoy beautiful warm evenings while enjoying marshmallows and sausages on the fire.
