Nice condo very well located in St-Jérome!! A few minutes from all services and the highway. Within walking distance of public transportation leading to St-Jérome station and the bike path. The living area is very pleasant. Condo on 3rd floor (last floor, no elevator) Cathedral ceiling in the living room. Lots of light. The kitchen is practical and very functional. 2 good-sized bedrooms. The main one with walk-in closet and is adjacent to the bathroom. A balcony offers you a relaxing area with a beautiful open view. 1 parking space as well as a storage space. Secure access. Freshly repainted and renovated
