A big 4½ condo on the 3rd floor. The Condo is right next to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and other supply stores. Right next to the hospital, as well as being on the same electric grid, so there is no fear of power outages. A calm area, good for kids and families, or for older people. Cats and dogs are allowed, if under 25 lbs. Unfortunately, cannot have more than 1 dog or 2 cats, per the condo board's rule. Has a natural gas fireplace, a big connecting balcony with doors in the living room and 2nd bedroom, and a direct gas line for barbecues on the balcony (no need for a propane tank). Heated by natural gas, has central A/C. Criminal background check and credit check are required.
