Cozy and family cottage in the forest for rent in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides.  Close to all points of interest in the Laurentians: St-Sauveur, 10 km from Val-David Regional Park, St-Donat, Esterel, St-Agathe-des-Monts, Mont-Tremblant etc. Only 1.5 hours from Montreal, in a magnificent mountainous and wooded area. In addition to offering quick access to: parks, multiple summer activities, several ski slopes (Vallée Bleue is 15 km away and Belle Neige less than 20 km away, Mont Blanc 30 km away), hiking trails, bike paths & skiing background, rivers and lakes. A large backyard terrace with a breathtaking view of the forest, outdoor fireplace and BBQ are also at your disposal!

The interior is perfectly fitted out. Capacity: 4 closed bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 in the basement). 8 people (max. 9) can stay comfortably: 2 closed bedrooms on the ground floor with Queen beds in each; 1 closed bedroom in the basement with 1 double bed; 1 closed bedroom in the basement with 1 bunk bed 1 single and 1 double; a sofa upstairs and a sofa bed in the basement. 2 full bathrooms + wardrobes to store your luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig combination coffee maker (filter and capsules), teapot, toaster, crockery / cutlery / pots and pans etc.). Sheets and bed covers, towels and soap in the bathrooms are also provided.

Inclusions: Unlimited Internet (ideal for working at distance), DVD and radio, filters for coffee maker and 10 capsules, salt, pepper and other spices, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags.

Important Notes: The water is good to drink. Non-smokers please! Small neutralized animals only are accepted.

For rent for the winter season, summer, long weekends or by the week. The price displayed is for a full month's rental.

If the reservation is made less than 2 weeks in advance, full payment will be required to hold the reservation.
