4 1/2 less than 5 minutes walk from Montmorency metro, Place Bell, restaurants, and lots of shops.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor overlooking a private terrace for residents. Nice soundproofing, you can't hear outside when the patio doors are closed. Sun in the morning until the afternoon. Large laundry room and storage. Beautiful modern kitchen and large bathroom. There is a discussion of installing a gym in the building. There is also a common area on the 11th floor.
Ready for November 1st.
Included: air conditioning, air exchanger, fridge, dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, curtain rods, hot water, and a 4' x 4' storage on the 2nd floor.
