Very nice furnished cottage in a neighborhood of choice in Ste Rose Laval, very quiet and safe, right next to Olier Payette Park.  Very well located near all shops, and restaurants (Boating Club, Sofia, etc.) Finlandaise SPA, is close enough to ski resorts, Ste Sauveur Water Park, or Oka Beach. Bus station and trains nearby.  The house has 3 bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped, air conditioning, and 2 parking spaces included.  Backyard with a patio with BBQ. The house will be available from1st December 2024Thanks!

Remarks.The house will be rented without the basement wich it's presently rented by only one quiet person.
