Beautiful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cottage right next to the park, 5 minutes from the Sainte-Rose train station, close to everything, ideally located in a desirable, highly sought-after, and very safe neighborhood. The house is very well maintained, and several renovations were completed this year, including a new roof, caulking, exterior door painting, and a renovated kitchen and bathroom.
