Welcome to 611 Rue Forbes,
This unique and wonderful condo, offering 1360 sq ft of living space over 2 floors (second and third floor highest floors in the building), is located in the heart of the city of Vaudreuil (Montérégie-ouest).
At walking distance from the condo, you can find many stores and shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The Vaudreuil sports complex and the commuter train station are also at walking distance (about a 1 minute walk). The commuter train is a great method to quickly get into Montreal; traffic free and relaxing. The location is also ideal for those working in Vaudreuil, the west island and the surrounding areas.
When you enter the condo, you walk up a few stairs and are on the second floor of the building (but first floor of your condo unit), where you will find a beautiful, functional kitchen with a lunch counter and a large pantry to store your food and other kitchen necessities, a nice dining room and a large, very bright living room. This level also offers a large storage closet (for jackets, boots, equipment and more, a large balcony and very rare for a condo unit; a beautiful powder room (as this condo has 1 full bathroom and 1 powder room).
After walking up a flight of stairs (where you will find the A/C unit that cools the entire condo), you will be on the third and last floor of the building (but second floor of your unit). This floor offers a mezzanine, great to use for a home office, a home gym, a smaller second living room, an open third bedroom, etc. Beside the mezzanine is a closet for storage of towels, toiletries and more. You can also find the separate laundry room on this floor. Finally, you will find a nice sized guest room, as well as the main bedroom, which offers a walk-in closet and a second, small balcony. The other side of the walk-in closet leads to the full bathroom, offering a separate bathtub and a nice, large glass shower.
Finally, the condo is offered with 2 parking spots, a rarity for condos in this area. The 2 parking spots are closest to the unit, which makes for a short walk to your front door.
