I'm transferring my lease due to a change in my circumstances requiring me to move closer to family. Here are the details...
Available December 1st, 2024 to February 28th, 2025 with the possibility of renewal if desired.
4 1/2, 1,040 sq. ft. (second largest 4 1/2 unit on the floor while also being the cheapest 4 1/2.)

3. After the credit check authorization form is signed, you will be asked to send the $250 administrative fee via E-transfer for your application to be submitted.
