The condo is located on the 1st floor (semi-elevated) of a 2011 concrete building with excellent soundproofing. There are 16 divided units on 4 floors (basement included). All the residents of the building have access to an outdoor swimming pool.

The condo is now available, and we are flexible about the rental starting date. The lease is for one (1) year and can be extended. The semi furnished (home appliances included) condo is 2500$ per month. The condo can also be rented completely furnished and / or include hydro as well for additional fees (to be discussed). We reserve the right to ask for proof of sufficient income and a credit background check will be done.
