Located in a small building, this beautiful apartment (renovated end-2018) boasts spacious rooms complete with warm wood floors, large sunny windows, and lovely details throughout. 

It is an apartment full of character, with a lot of trees around. Not heated (electric). Quiet and secure small building.

You will see for yourself from the photos and during your visit. 

The building is a 10-minute walk from metros Snowdon (orange and blue lines) and Villa-Maria (orange line) H3X1Z3.

Many bus routes towards downtown (66,166), NDG (102), Outremont/CDN/NDG (51), St-Henri (17), and Westmount (63) are in close proximity.

It is a very walkable neighbourhood. There are many small businesses, fruit & vegetable shops, and restaurants in the surrounding Snowdon neighbourhood, mostly along Queen Mary, as well as two large grocery stores: IGA (2min walk) and Metro (10min walk).
