Being a resident in the Wellington gives you access to various amenities. Be the first to occupy this unit!

Included in the suite rental price: All furniture and accessories, WiFi, heating, hot water, electricity, and six appliances (stove, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave). Only missing your luggage!

Offered in the building amenities: Fitness and training center, exterior terrace on the ground level, private room available for reservation for your private gatherings, roof-top terrace with an urban chalet, pool, BBQ area, and breathtaking views of the city and water (coming soon).

Rental Requirements: Credit and criminal verification, references and one-month rent at lease signature

Rental Obligations:

  • Minimum lease duration of 6 months
  • Pet permitted subject to Owner's prior written consent
  • The tenant must get home insurance for a minimum of $2 million. Coverage is required, and proof must be provided at lease signing and before occupancy.
  • NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco/cannabis or other) permitted in the property,
  • No short-term or subleasing rentals of any kind (inc. Airbnb)
  • No painting or unit modification permitted without the Owners's prior written consent
  • Tenant shall agree to and sign, the Building Bylaws when signing the Régie du Logement lease
