Our renovated house, with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms is very comfortable for a family. The master bedroom contains a Queen size bed and both the second bedroom and the third bedroom have a twin size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The downstairs bathroom has a large shower and also serves as the laundry room. In the basement, there is a large family room divided into three areas: television (with a large movie collection), playroom and office (with internet access). We have an intimate fenced yard with a patio, a BBQ and many games for children: trampoline, basketball hoop, scooters, ... The driveway has 4 parking spaces.

Located in the western, english speaking part of Montreal, our single-family home is located in Île-Bizard. There are many parks and green spaces. The 13 amd 40 highways are only fiftheen minutes away and it is 35 km from the vibrant Montreal city center!

In the area :

Within a five minute drive you will find a grocery store, pharmacy and two bakeries / pastry shops. In addition, there are many children's playgrounds within walking distance of the house, including the Eugène-Dostie Park which includes many sports fields: soccer, football, volleyball, baseball, skate park, tennis,

Shopping centers, restaurants and movie theatres are all within a 20 minutes drive.

A few minutes walk from the house, you have access to the Bois-de-l'Île-Bizard Nature Park. It is a very pleasant place to go walking, running, cycling. cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, bird watching, ... Île-Bizard is also a popular spot for cyclists with its easy 13.5 km bike paths that pass by a beach and on a large wooden footbridge in the nature park.
