It's a nice apartment with a room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I have both a dryer and a washing machine and a heater included. It's peaceful and it's in a respectable neighborhoods. There is no noise disturbance. The building door is locked and owners will have keys so it's safe. You got a IGA, Walmart, Dolarama, SAQ, and much more around which is very close to the building. There are multiple bus stops going both ways along the day which is great if you use public transport. If you have a car, there is also parking on the street and for the building.
