Beautiful large solid house "split entry" 30'x40' on 2 floors, well constructed, entirely repainted, including varnishing of cabinets and woodwork. Impeccable cleanliness. Super peaceful neighbourhood. Right in front of a large park including a section for children. Quiet neighbours. Space for gardening. Friendly and welcoming owner.

First floor (1,200 sq.ft.): 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 large passage, 1 back gallery protected from rain.
Basement (1,200 sq.ft.): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 large family room, 1 cold room and 1 garage with electric door.
Backyard: shed and large garden space.
Outdoor parking (driveway).
Air conditioning by heat pump on the main floor. Electric baseboards in all rooms. Faucets redone to new. Ceramic floors, except in the living room and the 3 bedrooms on the first floor (wood).
House occupied for 40 years by the same owner. Two (2) stoves for both kitchens (main floor and basement), 1 refrigerator, 1 freezer, partially furnished (some of the furniture in the photos is no longer there). Never had a problem with water infiltration.
