Large(1045 square feet), luxurious, fully furnished condo located downtown Montreal close to university Concordia, Guy Concordia and Lucien L'allier metro stations.
Tv and unlimited ultra high speed internet with Bell, electricity, heating, hot water are included. Microwave, fridge, stove, oven air-conditioner in the condo. Washing machine and dryer in the condo in a separate room.
It is located very close to all services needed by an individual a couple or a family.
In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise and at night the rise of the moon.
The building offers an outdoor swimming pool, surveillance cameras and 24/7 janitorial service. Magnificent view, especially at night with the colourful Champlain bridge in full sight. There are not any buildings in front of the condo to block your view. Parking is available at around $170.00 per month and has to be paid by the tenant.
The rent is $1995.00 per month.
