The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steal appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher), double sinks and lots of counter space and storage. The unit also comes with in-suite washer and dryer, an extra large balcony, Wi-Fi, basic cable, and an electric fireplace.

The building offers a rooftop terrace that has a jacuzzi, a gym, a common room area that has a pool table, a mini bar, and TVs that are perfect for entertaining guests. There is a pet washing station that is open 24/7 and locker storage.

The building is walking distance from CineStarz, Walmart, IGA, McDonalds, Canadian Tire, SAQ, and other stores. It is a 10 to 15mins drive to Ottawa (depending on the bridge you take - Champlain Bridge or Portage).
