Nice 4-bedroom townhouse 1 street from rue Principale in Aylmer.  Walking distance to the elementary schools and the new high school as well as any store you may need.  Hardwood floors, 1.5 bath with washer/dryer hook-up in the partially finished basement.  Lots of basement storage. The tenant will be required to maintain lawn and snow maintenance.  $2,150 per month.  Hydro cost the current tenant $165 per month last year so with the internet a tenant's expenses are well under $2,500 a month. NOTE: This property is for residential use only and not for use as a daycare or any other business.  Renter needs to secure their homeowner's insurance.  A credit check, proof of income, and reference are required.
