The property suits the budget and needs? Time to submit an offer to purchase! This document sets out the price, the elements included in the sale, the possession date, the conditions of purchase and all other information relevant to the sale.
Need the form?
The offer to purchase generally includes conditions. The most common are the property passing an inspection, the buyer providing proof of financing and the buyer selling their own property. Once the listed conditions are met, the property is considered sold.

Two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a triplex in the Jardins Alexandre-Taché district of Hull, a few steps from UQO, Gatineau Park and close to Moussette Park, public transit and the bike path. The apartment is clean and in a quiet area. Large living room, lots of windows, ideal for a couple. The tenant has his own parking lot with an electrical outlet, a storage space in the basement and a large private patio. The floor is hardwood. LED lighting, three appliances are provided in the rental, namely the stove, the refrigerator and a dishwasher. The washer and dryer are provided but shared with another tenant. The rent is $1750 per month. A one-year lease is required. The cost of heating, hot water, lighting and electricity are included.
The landlord will conduct a credit check and background check on the tenant. No animals are allowed. Smoking and smoking of marijuana are prohibited in the unit and on the grounds.
