This room has a queen-size bed, a television and a work desk.

Furnished and all included: heated and lit, bedding, crockery, flat-screen HD TV with 150 channels and unlimited high speed - hybrid fiber 400/50 Mbit / s Internet included.

Your room is private and there is an electronic lock for each of the rooms.

You have access to all the common areas which are cleaned by our team regularly: 1 living room with a decorative fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 1 large dining room, a reading area, and a rear terrace.

All basic hygiene products are provided: toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, shampoo/conditioner, body gel, hand soap, and household cleaning products.

Parking available (+ $75/month).

No smoking, no pets.
