Flexible move-in date
My partner and I are transferring our lease/subletting our apartment from March 1, 2025, to July 1, 2025, with the option to renew the lease from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2026. We are very flexible with the move-in date and can even let you move in as early as February 1, 2025, if needed.
The apartment is a 4 ½ PLUS (2 full bedrooms + 1 office + 1 bathroom) with 1,129 sq. ft., located in Sainte-Foy, just minutes from the Cap-Rouge marina. It is a corner unit on the southwest side, situated on the fourth and top floors of a modern building with only 56 units. The apartment is very bright, featuring an open-concept layout and high-quality construction (e.g., floors built on solid concrete slabs between levels, marble countertops, leak detectors under sinks, toilets, laundry, and dishwasher). The building, constructed in 2023, offers underground parking and a backyard.
The southwest-facing apartment has 10-foot ceilings and large windows (7.5 feet high) that let in sunlight all day long. It includes two large bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet, and a room spacious enough to be used as an office.
The rent is $1,945.00 per month, which includes a large storage locker, one underground parking spot (a second indoor parking spot is available for $75.00/month), air conditioning, an air exchanger, internet, and hot water.
The building is located near several parks, primary schools, and all services, such as pharmacies, grocery stores, the SAQ, and restaurants, and is close to Campanile. The apartment is also near highways.
